Priapism : Priapism is a medical emergency. It is unhealthy for the penis to be swollen for such a prolonged period of time. You need to be seen in the ER and treated. At the same time they will try to determine why this happened. I don't think the vitamin E capsules are responsible. All the best and be seen.
