Anal sex?: Are you referring to anal sex with ejaculation into your rectum? I would suggest the need to ALWAYS USE CONDOMS. If you are comfortable with anal penetration, I would not worry; however bacterial form this area could cause penis infection and possibly STD. Time for a chat with your boyfriend.
