Ingrown Hair?: It could be due to a clogged hair follicle or other irritation of your labia, possibly from being pinched against your underwear or other physical trauma. try applying moist heat and take ibuprofen or naproxen. If having unprotected sex, and ulcer develops, see clinician asap to rule out herpes infection.
