A member asked:

Can sex cause vaginal yeast infection in pregnancy and is there any link between yeast infection tablets and upper leg pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yeast infection: Vaginal yeast infections are more common in pregnancy because of the hormonal changes and are not usually caused by sex. The back strain of pregnancy caused by the compensation for your center of gravity shifting can result in pain in the upper leg. This is not caused by medicines used for yeast infections. Hope this helps.
