You could be : Generally I check a semen analysis 8 and 12 weeks after a vasectomy and advise to use contraception until there are 2 negative semen analyses. I always council patients that they are not sterile immediately after a vasectomy. So it is possible if you had sex soon after the vasectomy with no protection then possibly you could be pregnant. Your partner should get a semen analysis
