Hard to say: If this is noticed after you brush your teeth you could be intolerant to one of the chemicals in your toothpaste. Try using a natural fluoride toothpaste like Tom's. If it goes away, you've got it figured out. If not, see your dentist, an oral surgeon or an oral medicine specialist and ask them to observe what you're describing.
