I had 2 beers and about 4 hours i had 2 burgers i vomited 3 times and been having yellow watery stool what should i do?

Food poisoning.: With vomiting and diarrhea, I suspect that you may have food poisoning (most likely salmonella). These symptoms are usually self-limited and the important thing is to keep yourself hydrated adequately. If these symptoms last more than a day and you cannot keep fluid down, then see your doctor or going to an urgent care center are the options.
