MASTALGIA: MASTALGIA is breast pain , MASTITIS IS BREAST INFLAMMATION. You need a full exam labs. Also mammogram and ultrasound of the area in question to define the anatomy. It can be commonly caused by Fibrocystic Breast Disease. Limit caffeine in diet. Start VIT E orally and topically. Follow up with your doctor for reevaluation.
