Termination: Well you are at risk of infection from sex less than 2 weeks from termination, but in general you start ovulating again 2-4 weeks after the termination. Probably time to get on birth control

No: your hormones are still elevated at 3 days post abortion preventing you from becoming pregnant. You could however, get an infection. You need to get on some regular birth control. You just terminated a pregnancy and three days later having unprotected sex? Abortion is rather a dangerous procedure for contraception even if you don't have any philosophical concerns with it.
