Sounds normal: March 31 was exactly 4 weeks after March 3 so it sounds like appropriate timing. Remember that you should get your period during the week that you leave the patch OFF. The drop in hormones levels that occurs when you leave the patch off (or during the placebo pills of the pack) triggers the menstrual bleeding to start.
