Chance is low but: A healthy woman in her reproductive years can become pregnant at any time during her cycle, even on the pills/IUD etc.. though the chance is quite low. Spotting is common with some pills, especially if this is a new start. Having relation only 4 days ago, we cannot know YET if this will result in a pregnancy. you can do a home pregnancy in about 2 weeks to see. Consult doc. Good luck.
