OT not declining: Occupational Therapy is not a declining field. This field remains important for those recovering from various acute conditions and those experiencing set backs from chronic conditions. Issues with the field of rehabilitation medicine involves insurance cuts. These reimbursement cuts have discouraged some from going into rehabilitation medicine.
