So i'm having testicular pain, and upper groin (right below stomach). it's kind of a dull, constant sensation. it's not as bad when sitting but walking around there's pressure. when i physically touch my testicles its not very bad, but a slight dull pain

Don't fool around.: Testicles are precious and fragile things. At your age it is possible to have one get twisted and do great damage. USUALLY this hurts a lot! But not always, especially early on. It could also be a number of other, typically less dangerous things. You should get checked. Sooner if there is much pain or if your activities are limited, or if you have any discomfort on urinating or have a fever.
