How can i cure this red irritated spot in my nose ? it happend cause it wouldn't stop running and it's been dry and red for weeks now !

Be gentle!: it is likely caused by dryness, irritation and cleaning or wiping your nose. Try this regimen: 1) drink more fluids to moisturize the membranes; 2) apply saline gel to the inside of your nostril three times/day; 3) avoid wiping UPWARD or INTO your nose, it's OK to wipe downward only. Allow 3-5 days to heal, and write back if you have any more questions.
