How can a man distinguish if what he's got is a uti or sti? thank you.

Good question: A UTI and an STI may present similarly. With a UTI you would possibly have dysuria, urgency, possibly a fever, abd pain, blood in the urine. With gonorrhea or chlamydia you may be asymptomatic, or have dysuria, urgency, drainage. If male has multiple sexual partners it makes sense to test for STI's.
