Weird feelings....: I'm bothered by your description of this "weird" feeling. That implies it's new and something you've not felt before. The middle of the bottom of the back COULD BE muscular, but usually you would have pain. I worry about radiating pain from bladder, kidney(s), uterus, colon, rectum, or other pelvic or abdominal issues. So, don't worry, but go see your healthcare provider soon to check it out.
