Give it up: When referring to the prostate, I would say milking and massage are synonymous.

Provide evidence: If you have access to medical literature from reputable sources (not mainstream media), it would be helpful to have your urologist review the literature. At the very least they should be able to provide you with someone who can perform this type of therapy.
