I'm befuddled: How could you POSSIBLY know what your RIGHT uterine artery pressure is???? Please be reassured of this: all arterial pressures have a dicrotic (not diastolic) notch which represents a tiny and momentary blip in the pressure (visible only on an arterial pressure tracing) due to aortic valve closure. Did you have an arterial catheter placed in your uterine artery? Why?
