Check it: This may be a benign condition like torsion of the appendix testicularis, but could also be intermittent symptoms of an infection in the testis or epididymus or a more serious intermittent torsion of the testicle. You should consult a primary care physician or urologist.

Infection?: There is a small tube that stars at the bottom of each testicle, that carries sperm to the seminal vesicles attached to the prostate. Sometimes it gets infected and requires antibiotics to treat the infection. Make an appointment to get examines and treated by your family doctor.
