Dry Semen & Pregnanc: Once inside the vagina, sperm can survive for 4-5 day. Dry sperm, however, typically dies in a few minutes. But if that dry semen was wiped onto the vagina (ie fingering) within those few minutes, then YES there is a risk of pregnancy. As for whether pre-ejaculate ("pre-cum") contains live sperm, the jury is still out on that. Some studies say it does have live sperm and some say it doesn't.
