Sounds like: It's time to see your doctor for a formal evaluation. Your urine can be clear even in the setting of an infection. It sounds like you may have a urethritis, as in inflammation of the tube that drains the bladder.

Passing urine is becoming a problem. Only if i drink excess water, I am able to discharge with decent flow. Else it burns and discharge is slow.
