A member asked:

My age is 23 . gender is female my pus cell is 1-2 hpf and there is wetness in vagina and pain at back.is this ok?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not completely.: 1-2 pus cells (white blood cells) per high power field (hpf) in the urine is not diagnostic of a urinary infection. Vaginal wetness isn't necessarily abnormal. But, combined with back pain, something isn't quite right. We just don't know what. Urine and cervical culture, along with an exam of your female parts and back, are needed before one could say if "this is ok".
