Many Possibilities: If she is truly a virgin, pregnancy is not a possibility. In this case, it is more likely to be a bladder infection, an ovarian cyst, menstrual pain, or pain from her bowels. If she isn't a virgin, then a pregnancy related problem (such as a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy) or a uterine infection would be additional possibilities on the list.
