My period just ended yesterday& i had sex, he ejaculated 2 times prior to actual penetration, and penetration lasted 3min he did not come during or after penetration. am i at risk of pregnancy?

You are at risk.: Anytime you have intimate relations you have the risk of pregnancy. Sperm is present both before and after ejaculation. Unless you are trying to get pregnant you need to use an effective form of birth control. Your method results in pregnancy eventually. Be responsible and get on some form of birth control. Condoms provide protection from STD's but not very effective by themselves as a form of BC.
