Depends on the: Cause of the trauma and the overall apearances on exam. If there is pain and bleeding you should be seen by an obgyn. In all likelhood there is no treatment but an inflamed cervix usually means infection and checking for stds like gonorrhea and chlamydia are well within reason. Talk to your obgyn.
