Took test on the last day of period. looked negative but closer look a few hours later showed faint plus. what should i do?

Nothing.: Pregnancy tests should be read about 5 minutes later. Leaving them for hours will cause them to show a faint line. This line is not valid if only viewed hours later. also if your menses just finished, it is not possible to be pregnant.
