If...: If the pill you are referring to is a regular birth control pill and not plan B or like many call "the day after pill" the chances of getting pregnant are higher than if you had been taking the pill for a month before sex. Condoms provide about 68-70% protection, day after pill over 90% protection. It all depends on the case. Regular BCP if taken as prescribed provide 99% protection.

Unlikely: Anytime you have unprotected sex, there is a risk of pregnancy. If you were using condoms and another method of birth control, that decreases the risk, but it is still not 0%. Keep using safer sex practices, every time you have sex.
