Good afternoon. i have the weather much back pain, what medicine i need to take?

OTC pain meds. : Aspirin, Tylenol, (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen for minor aches and pains associated with muscle soreness. If you have injuries to the spine or nerve damage stronger meds will be needed. Best to see a physician to determine the cause of the pain in order to treat it correctly.
