Mgt/workup: I would recommend being tested for influenza and seeing your PCP. Rinsing your nasal passages with saline provides relief, rest and stay well hydrated. I would suggest checking your BP and discontinuing all over the counter medications, until you are seen by your PCP. If it recurs, you should go to the ED.
