A member asked:

How to increase flow during menstruation?because everytime im having a monthly period im suffering cramps because its too slow.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Menstrual Cramps: Are not caused by the rate of flow. They are caused by prostaglandins making the uterus contract to expel the sloughed off endometrial lining. Using nonsteroidal Antiinflammatories like Naproxyn can help treat the cramping. You do not need to increase the flow. Using birth control pills can also help.
