On nov. 15 i had sex then started getting irregular periods after spotting on 19th. all the tests were negative, but my uterus is getting bigger. why?

See your GYN...: If your uterus is truly "getting bigger" then it is important for you to be evaluated... pregnancy would obviously do that... as well things such as a fibroid tumor could also affect uterine size. Be evaluated. Have labs done. Get an US. Guessing isn't in your best interest.
