Might be appendiciti: low grade fevers, nausea and diarrhea might be appendicitis especially with right sided abdominal pain. You should go to the ER and be evaluated with either an ultrasound or CT scan. It can also be a viral or bacterial infection of your intestinal tract. In any case, going to the ER and obtaining an imaging study will help to determine what is going on.
