A member asked:

I have a tingling feeling in my feet two days after quitting skiing. what can i do to enhance nerve repair and regain normal feeling in my feet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Keep feet elevated: And massage legs where the boots were. Ts could be happening from one of two reasons.....could be a radiculopathy from your lower back or this could be a result of the ski boots being too tight and putting pressure on the nerves. Also, move your feet around to allow nerves to have a lot of motion. Consider an antiinflammatory.....ice the leg if there is one pressure point you may feel.
