Absolutely: treatment of an STD as soon as possible increases the chance of getting pregnant. Antibiotics do not interfere with conception but scarring from an untreated STD can cause problems. Do make sure that your partner is also treated before you have sex again. Curing a STD does not keep you from getting it again. Good luck. Hope this helps.
