i have constant muscle tightness in entire back, mostly shoulders and chest. arthritis and fibromyalgia ruled out. what else could cause this?

Tight shoulders/ches: Consider reflux, for which prevecid, ranitidine may help or gallbladder(check sonongram) , versus aching from exercise, or costochondritis from mycoplasma infection ( zithroimax may help if not allergic). f/u with doctor/urgent care
