Bleeding: random bleeding could be from a cervical infection, STD, breakthrough bleeding from a low dose birth control pill, missed pill doses and pregnancy. So, start by checking a pregnancy test and if negative it might be time for a pill change. IF not using condoms it may also be time for an STD screening.
