Could be yeast : Skin yeast infections are called tinea. They may present in areas you describe due to moisture and warm there. Try OTC nystatin powder and/or topical anti final cream. Resist the urge to scratch as that may spread it. If you have boils are ulcers as well, that needs MD evaluation.
