Blow out fracture: You nailed it. With any trauma like that it's prudent to get your eyes checked immediately as a number of structures can be damaged including the orbital floor leading to what is know as orbital blow out fractures. Your doctor may consider getting a brain and eye imaging test such as MRI or CT scan.
