Pelvic cramps: Partial hysterectomy means you still have an ovary or two, but no uterus. Therefore, your uterus isn't causing the pain. You might have some adhesions that sometimes form after surgery. Or you might have a urinary tract infection or some sort of gastrointestinal issue. Please see your doctor to try to sort out the cause of your cramping.
