Hard to say: She'll need to see her obgyn to be sure. Could be anything from a vaginal infection like bacterial vaginitis or yeast or even trichomonas, an allergy to your semen or simply a failure to achieve adequate lubrication through lack of preparation or foreplay. Her md could easily test her.
