How should i treat a sweat bump that is under but on my right breast. it is swollen. is this serious?

Not serious, but may: This may be infected now. If not already done, clean with warm soapy water, then apply neosporin and cover with gauze. If not gone within 3-4 days, need to have it evaluated by doctor (virtual consult or office visit).
