Many possible causes: Making a human being is complicated. If you are having difficulty, its best to see an Ob/Gyn and get checked out. There are many causes if difficulty. Anovulation, blocked tubes and thyroid problems are a few of the more common reasons for difficulty getting pregnant. Best wishes!
