Can you please explain why some pregnancy women have small belly size even though she is eight months?

Could be a smaller : Baby or a smaller mom, or the way they carry the baby, if one of my pts looks or measures small she always gets an ultrasound to check the size of the baby and the amount of amnioitic fluid because u must make sure the baby is apprpriatesize for dates and there is a normal amount of amniotic fluid.
