Testing: Chlamydia infection often does not produce symptoms. In general re-testing after treatment is not required unless you did not complete the treatment or are concerned about re-exposure . Remember you should wait 1 week after treatment to engage in sexual activity and at least 3 weeks after treatment to see your physician to be rechecked.
