Sure: you can always check a home pregnancy test. Remember implantation bleeding is relatively rare, Depo is a good contraceptive and irregular bleeding on Depo is common.

No: It is very easy to figure out. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. If you had implantation bleeding then the test will be positive. Depo failures are very rare
