No: The throat swab for strep is only tested for that.In most localities in the US you must give written permission for a blood or urine test for any drug. It is often part of employment physicals so when you consent for the physical it is part of the process. Otherwise,people are not sneaking around trying to test you for drugs, unless of course it's your mother.
