Complicated: I am unaware if issues regarding loss of fat around your eye with Lastisse. You can have increased pigmentation with latissse that may make you look as if your eyes are "sunk in". This should improve over a few weeks to months after stopping Latisse (bimatoprost). If you have actual fat loss for whatever reason this can be addressed with fat injectiif it doesn't improve with fat injection or other procedures
