Pleurisy?: This is typically very painful with deep breaths, but only lasts a number of minutes. Its thought to be due to the lining of the lung sticking temporarily to the side of the chest wall. As always, if you're concerned something is wrong , see your primary care provider within the next week or so. Hope this helps!
