Paxil (paroxetine) side effects: Paxil (paroxetine) is a medication for treatment of depression. Symptoms of fatigue, headache, food cravings are likely symptoms of depression. Mouth surgery and orthopedic braces have induced or contributed to depression. Dizziness is a side effect of Paxil (paroxetine).
