STDs but low risk: The only ill effects of unprotected oral sex are STDs. However, the STD risk is low -- not completely risk free, but safer than vaginal or anal sex. Still, if you have oral sex at your age, consider condoms; and have STD checkups from time to time. Also, keep condoms handy to prevent STDs and pregnancy. Once into oral sex, it's often very hard to avoid temptation for intercourse. Be prepared!
